I have only but positive things to say when it comes to A&W cowansville, especially when I ordered on the app during lunchtime.
Lunch starts at 12, I only have 30 mins and it's only 8 mins away.
When I ordered on the app as I left my work when I arrived, it was hot and ready.
Never failed. I had more then enough time to order, drive there and back eat and have time to smoke and relax.
Always impressed with their sevice.

“Normally when I go it’s through the drive through and normally have great service, but there is times when they screw up on your order specially, when you ask for a French vanilla and you get a hot chocolate overall they are great”

“Tried to go here again and it was disgusting. Inside was filthy. Unsanitary. Not a clean table in the place, trash on tables and on the floor. Even employee that served us had a dirty sweatshirt on on and acted as if we were a bother. Nuggets were over cooked and couldn't even eat them. List goes on. Not sure this place would even pass a health inspection. It was that bad.”
