Everything was great! Hot and full plate. Incredible value for money. Very comfortable room temperature and fast and efficient service! We had the chance to meet Patrick, our server for the evening. When my partner asks me to go to a restaurant for dinner, I always want to go to Saint Hubert in Gaspé, the atmosphere is really great and the chef is fantastic, the service is also very warm, a great experience, we recommend ?
