I typically don't write reviews but after the customer service at this A&W, especially by Gerard I had to write something. This is by far the best service I have ever encountered at any A&w. And to be frank since Gerard and the rest of the new staff, this is a TOTALLY different A&W, you will want to come back!

Gérard store supervisor was supper bice making sure everything was ok and qas nice to both of my kids who were demanding.. just love everything from this place especially the staff

What a disappointment not to be served in French in Quebec! I asked two employees for a gift card. One answers me: English. Finally, he shakes his head no. I walked away speechless, not believing that gift cards don't exist at A&W. This franchise is over forever for me.
