Terrible place. Too crowded. My friend was minding his business, a guy came to talk to us we couldn't understand him, we speak French and English but this guy went ballistic and started punching my friend who went to the floor. The guy was taken out, my friend was taken to a chair, he had coastal pain. He was super calm but after a few minutes, one of the security guy who helped him on the chair just lifted him and violently took him out for no reason.

We waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table so I had to go ask to be served and finally we were. The waiter was friendly but made us pay as we ordered because “his shift was ending” but he was still there serving by the time we left. The poutine was tasty but over priced and the portion was small.

Disappointing to be asked if you want a drink only to be told 5 minutes later that you have to leave because there was a special event. Sad management and sad establishment. sorry, 4th Thursday used to be a good place, now we don't really care about the customer. I will not return there again and will recommend everyone not to return there again. the least we could have done was to refund the beers or not offer a final drink. What incompetence in customer service.
during the night when it turns into like a club, i mean its great but the jacket service and the doorman did not do a great job at keeping the jackets safe, my jacket was taken and along my debit card and airpods. I dont recommend hanging your jacket there as they would most likely get stolen. i will never enter that place again.
