Really Good service, kind and welcoming.
A great place to go after a long day and just sit down and eat a good meal.
Also, if you love deserts, they have really good cheesecakes and pies.

Poutine is so good, especially with fresh squeaky cheese curds. Cheese sticks are okay, but honestly kind of meh chicken comes sometimes undercooked

I decided to eat me and my family at the restaurant not to take it out. The lady started moping the floor at 8 pm and store close at 10pm. She asked us to move to the other side so she can clean and my 2 kids couldnt play anymore in the small play area because we moved to the other side so she can mop the floor. The close is at 10 not 8 this is not acceptable we ate fast and left. Never back again

We order about once a month from Benny Montée-Paiement. The food itself is good. But every time we order our poutine version of our club sandwich. The cheese and sauce are not in the box. We pay the extra $3.50 for nothing. Out of 8 orders of extra poutine club sandwiches, we had it twice. It's frustrating to see that orders are not verified. We live 30 minutes away, so it's not worth the 1 hour drive to get cheese curds. As we are having our order delivered, I consider that it is not the job of the delivery person to check the orders. The boxes are sealed anyway. In short, frankly disappointed again this evening to pay $3.50 too much for nothing.

Edited to reply to Benny: your email address does not work.

My order: 2x "Breast meal with poutine"... At the counter, I was told that there were no more plates so I was ordered in boxes, well tied together. After managing to free them from their bonds, at first glance I seem to have had two breasts with fries. I return to the counter and I am told, without even checking my "pagette" and my order: "no ma'am, you only asked for brisket meals"... I see the cheese at the bottom of one of the boxes and I say "oh, no, my poutine is there but deconstructed". I have no problem that the restaurant ran out of cutlery, these things happen. I don't understand that even if we have the "pager" indicating that we are eating in the dining room, everything is constructed like a take-out meal: box, plastic straps, poutine in pieces... It's not because there are "no more plates" that suddenly the meal is for take-out, by default. Plus, maybe there would be plates if the surfaces were cleaned...
