Bien Manger is the best Haitian restaurant in the Outaouais region. The portions are very generous and the prices are brilliant. The staff are polite, friendly, and hospitable. A first-time visitor found the flavour robust and the spice level excellent, not too hot, and enjoyed the choice of beverages. Vegetarian options include flavourful Djon Djon, macaroni salad, and spicy cabbage slaw. Typical Haitian cuisine is recommended, such as beef or goat and rir colle or djonjon. However, one customer reported that takeout pasta salad was completely off, smelling and tasting like it turned, and received pushback when calling to report it. The meat, pizkliz, and plantain were good, and the rice was okay.
