Two locations: the brewery (Hautes-Plaines) has a bit more options on tap for beer and (sometimes) offers slushie beers, and the other location has more meal options. Highly recommended for the beer connoisseur that enjoys quality smoothie sours, thick & rich stouts, and a variety of (New England) juicy/hazy style IPAs.“

“This is a great pub with a massive dog friendly patio. The beers were really good, the food was excellent (jerk chicken and chicken sandwich!)
The reason I’m giving this only 4 stars is that it’s not table service, you order through the QR code and they bring everything to you. However, when you pay online, you tip before receiving your beer, food or service which is hard concept for me to get used too.
With that being said, the beers and food came out quickly, and there was always someone walking around to check on you.“

Service was perfect, bartender was attentive and friendly and gave a great recommendation. I was wavering between the nachos and the Wellness Salad and she said some great things about the salad, so that’s what I got. Great choice! Perfectly dressed, everything in it was fresh and tasty, one of the best salads I’ve ever had!! Bf said his French onion soup was very good too! Very happy we went there tonight and will definitely return next time we’re in Ottawa!

Vegetarian options: Wellness Salad a perfect 10 and vegetarian! Meat can be added but I didn’t miss it at all.“

Friendly, funny, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our out of town date night, that ended at Lowertown, was perfection. “My 1st visit to the brewery for lunch on Sunday with my aunt and uncle. Everyone was pleased with their meals, from classic burgers to Buddha bowl, the server was excellent and for those who are interested in the brewing process the entire back wall is glass so that you can see the beer production. I gave 4/5 stars because it is a big pub, so you need to like that scene.

Food notes, the Buddha bowl comes “deconstructed” on a plate and the different ingredients have their own sauce or seasoning. Don’t get me wrong, it was yummy, but atypical and surprised me so letting you know. Also my Aunt liked that sweet potato mash was an available side, not one you see often.

With the right company, this is a great option to check out!“

“I just had my Christmas get-together from work at Big Rig Kitchen. I'm glad to say that we had a great service. The food delicious and fresh. The waiter assigned was warmth, attentive and fast. We were a group of ten. He really did a great job, I booked it in advance and everything was ready for us. Kudos to all the team! Amazing service. Highly recommend it.“
