Had a fantastic experience dining here. The server was very helpful and timing of service felt standard. The overall vibe of the place is warm and cozy, like getting a hug from someone you’ve been crushing on.
I ordered the focaccia and the rabbit cappelacci and both were incredible. The focaccia was soft and airy, yet had a fantastic crust. Literally felt like eating clouds the way you’d think eating clouds feel like. It paired well with the honey butter. The rabbit cappelacci was well balanced in flavor beautifully plated. It was a flavor warhead somehow packed into a simple little pasta.
I wasn’t able to fit in desert, but I am definitely coming back here another time for it.

Highly recommed! The food, ambiance and service was a 10/10. We had the venison tartare, scallop crudo, foccacia, and a pasta dish, and the lemon meringue dessert and everything was amazing. We sat at the bar and Frank was our server - he recommended all of these dishes and was excellent. He really made the experience so enjoyable and I cant wait to go back!

Oh I’m gonna miss this place. Came for a late night outing. The drink, the heated patio, they even have blankets prepared for you. Our server is really sweet and helpful. The food is top notch too. Will find another chance to come for sure:)

Superb evening! The tuna tartare was excellent and refreshing, accompanied by soft focaccia. Guinea fowl pappadelle and duck confit tortellini offer a unique and very refined experience in the mouth. Very good wines. The service is fast and the dish descriptions make you want to try everything. Definitely on the list to return soon. My fiancé and I came here for my birthday dinner two nights ago and I have not stopped thinking about how incredible the meal was. We shared both options of the three course L’Outaouais menu, and each option was amazing, we loved the squash pasta with crispy sage. The fried brussel sprouts changed my brain chemistry.
The portions were good, the service was perfectly attentive, drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. Even the bathrooms had thoughtful details like mints, a hair brush, and some other 911 items. I didn’t want the meal to end and I can’t wait to come back!

A little disappointed... it was my 5th time at Caméline, a restaurant that I love in old Hull, we decided to opt for the table d'hôte menu offered for the season.
The prices were a bit excessive since we paid $74 for 3 courses including a plate of prosciutto, a plate of pasta (which was delicious), and a piece of cake, all of which did not equal $25/plate. We were also charged $8 for sparkling water, which seems a bit excessive to me.
But the most disappointing point of the evening was the service. Our waiter didn't really know his wines, and took 45 minutes to bring us the bill, all while mentioning the fact that in normal times he should have given us out for the next service…
However, I have a very special attachment to this restaurant for the atmosphere, and the excellence of its cuisine, but tonight it was honestly a disappointment….
