Everything ordered in this place was DELICIOUS ?Fois grais - unusual serve in butter-like form (not creamy), served with crunchy brioche - like crunchy loafs...omg the best one I've tried ever !Bison tartar - well balanced, with crunchy croutons - never loose combination ?For main I chose cassoulet (traditional french dish) - duck leg ?, a piece of pork brisket (melts in mouth), deer ? sausage, all in sauce with veggies.. 10/10Seafood risotto with lobster - my wife enjoyed...read full review

One of the best restaurants in Outaouais at a very fair price. You will not be disappointed. The menu changes regularly, the portions are just perfect, a beautiful wine list and impeccable service! And I almost forgot... it's delicious!!!
