Delightful neighbourhood cafe in a 150 year old building. The pictures just do not do it justice!
Fabulous brunch. Going back tonight for Malaysian dinner.

According to my Malay wife with an obsession with traditional home cooked Indo-Malay food. Very traditional. Definitely got that home cooking feel and flavour. Very good selection of authentic dishes. As someone that eats home cooked Malay and Indonesian cuisine, can concur.
Atmosphere and venue has appropriate level of jank mandatory for any real good traditional Asian restaurant. Super cozy.

Had a really nice meal with friends on a weeknight. The mango smoothie was delicious and the laksa was spicy and creamy. The veggie stuffed tofu was really good. Kind and thoughtful service.

I had a Indonesian dish and it was amazing! The cooks were accommodating to make it vegetarian. The waitress was super lovely. I will definitely be a returning customer!

New gem in old hull...Indonesian chef cooking amazing Asian dishes. Worth the visit!
Breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you But whats up with the 3 names? we tried to go eat at night but the waitress told us no Indonesian food ?
Established many years ago, so the decor was outdated. Nevertheless, we were in for a treat this morning. Under new management. This place after four pm runs into an Indonesian restaurant. Their menu looked off the charts. Back to breakfast. No pork for meats here. Turkey Italian spicy sausages, bacon and ham. The potatoes were out of this world. Best I ever had. I enjoyed this meal big time. If you don't mind eating in an older establishment then try their breakfast.

Very good food and very tasty 😋 tacos are to die for 😃 good menu, feeling is very welcoming and the price is affordable, I truly recommend this little place🙂
I’ve come to this restaurant several times in the past 12 years. It had been a long time since I’d been and the only thing I missed is the great downfall. My bill for 2 adults & one kid under 5yrs cost us 80$ with a generous 15% tip even with lack of good service.
Had to ask for condiments repeatedly and she kept forgetting side plates. Every single plate came 5-10 minutes apart setting each of us to finish at different intervals. No excuse for this sort of thing in my opinion with a max of 4-6 tables to serve at the most at any given time.
Furthermore the food quality and food order service has gone way down hill; let me explain why. They only serve turkey bacon(which they had none left) their Italian sausage is basically spicy hot dogs, they serve bologna and turkey ham as sides. This establishment is 100% pork free now. Basically if you possibly want quality breakfast meat it would be steak and eggs with no additional meat sides for 20$ (no thanks). I asked for runny yolk eggs and got eggs cooked through and through. Everything didn’t taste fresh and good either. Their maple syrup seems to be half maple half corn syrup: like we wouldn’t notice. The French toast was alright but felt undercooked.
Don’t get me started on the filthy washrooms with sinks that don’t properly work? Sanitation issues all around.
Wish I’d been warned so I’m doing others a favour. Costing a restaurant is not easy but I feel like you don’t get value for money here at all. The sanitation board also needs to come say hi I think. All in all: I’m Never setting foot here again, used to recommend these guys all the time but those days are long gone. ✌️
Edit: I gave these guys 2 stars but now they get one star for lying in their response. It’s one thing to be honest about a review but it’s another to be attacked by the owner after being a long time customer. I would’ve never ordered our drinks had I seen the changed menu! It was too late by then you did not give us the menu before making us order drinks we weren’t walking away. The sanitation issues I noticed in the middle of my meal are reason enough not to ever set foot here again. Let alone all the nonsense and poor food service. I clearly ordered my eggs in English don’t play the crowd here to gain favour. The fact I used to recommend you guys as the best breakfast place FIRST to anyone should be an indication of how much I used to like you guys. I wouldn’t just have fun bashing a business online for no damn reason, just do better!
Nice place for culinary in Gatineau QC, I like Brunch menu, so fresh and delicious. Service friendly. Nice interior design.
Very clean , good food and halal options they got great menu options. What makes this place special is that it is a woman owned business and the owner is cooking the meals herself. It’s also the only Indonesian speciality place in the Ottawa/ Gatineau. A must try!
Great place!
