Best chicken sandwich in the greater Ottawa/Gatineau area. The entire menu is stunning, but filled with fried chicken, sauces, foie gras. A lot of decadent and heavy food, but worth it. Lighter options like salad and poke too. The drink menu is also top notch. Limited draft options, but they are always curated and mainly focused on the best of the Quebec beer scene with highlights from around the world. Wine list is very deep. The food and flavors were outstanding, beautifully presented with a thoughtful and creative merging of ingredients. The photos I posted reflect the care and excellence that went into each dish.
