This location is one of the worst of the chain. We just ordered 200$ worth of pizzas that we pre ordered 8 hours early. They were delivered cold and they were very under topped. Very disappointing for the price you pay for these pies.

Love the pasta pair I usually order. I usually order around 3 pm and all is good. But. I tried calling around 630 and had to call back 6 times to speak to someone in English. Finally I spoke to lovely Veronica who was able to help me with my order. Thank you Veronica.

Your Pizza is good, but when I go for your delivery service (which is nice to have from time to time), it's just horrible and whoever is on the phone for customer service is probably hating their job. Every time I ask for delivery, something is missing or there is a mix-up in the pizza, or I just get someone else's order. When I call to explain the issue, I'm just flabbergasted on how they turn the conversation into making it that it's the customer's fault.

Terrible delivery service. I was supposed to get my order in 55min. It’s past an hour now and still haven’t received it. I call the location for an update and the lady on the phone is literally useless. Can’t tell me when the delivery driver will arrive, doesn’t even offer any sort of compensation for the delay. Just keeps saying. He’s arriving in a few minutes. Whole time a few minutes passed while I’m on the phone and still nothing.

Rudest service ever received in aylmer from a business. Speaking French on the phone and asked if there was a francophone available, and not politely. They must be trying to give that Parisienne experience. No, hey let me get you someone who is English. Just completely rude. Great pizza. Makes me sad. They are on the list!
