I've done a lot of reviews and there are potentially serious repercussions to what I write, yet, I try to be factual to my readers when I notice something wrong. I even spoke to many of the staff, including the manager of this establishment. They need professional intervention immediately! By this, I mean bring in Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen and REGULATE after a covert assessment of how they truly handle a party of people with reservations. All areas of what running what should really be a world class francise need to be addressed ASAP! Spare no expense! The manager knows something is wrong and the staff all feel it. This establishment is a gem in the rough that has yet to reach even 1/3 of its full potential. I spoke about pursuing a strategic business alliance with the nearby Casino. I want them to succeed, the manager did the right thing before we all left, but I will not go there until I see and heat of real change l from people I know. This francise needs to be run at the level of proficiency that was originally intended by the owners. Its smart thing to do.

Thanks for cancelling my online order at the last minute after my entire team got theirs. Will never go to this restaurant again and will never recommend it. Also fix your website. Price is also astronomical for what you get. $26 for a lesser-quality salad I can get for 2/3 of the price at other restaurants.

Great wine selection , good appetizers , good main courses . I chose the salmon tartare and the filet mignon it was delicious ! Plenty of parking space ! Our server was fun, overall great experience.

We enjoyed the 2 for 1 promo on tartare and oysters. I had the beef tartare and a dozen oysters. My friend got the beef tartare as a appetizer and the salmon tartare as her main. Everything was delicious. I couldn’t even finish my main dish.
What made it an even better experience was our server Julien! He answered all our questions and made great recommendations (food and drinks). Would definitely go back!!
They discriminate against black English speaking people. On a weekend trip I stopped by and waited at the bar for 45 minutes, and every server walk away anytime I tried to place an order. Skip this one on your trip to Laval.
