Very nice, fresh and good products at reasonable prices. The scarcity of good bakeries in Gatineau makes it a must for the region.

Oh my god, what a place to go without hesitation. We welcome you with a smile and a nice hello. This is my 2nd visit and love going there. All kinds of pastries, from éclair to chpcolat, mille Feuilles to Nanaimo and more. Focaccia bread omg a cute sin. I highly recommend this place. A++++

There is no competition in the region! The fougasse and almond tarts steal the show!

Good products, but expensive. The REAL issue is with the owners. The owners are rude with customers but especially with their young staff. They are very condescending with them, to a point where I almost intervened. There are better ways to manage young people starting to work for you, and the way you do this is not the proper way. Calling them names like ugly and useless and pretty much everything else in the book. How is that good for their confidence? They look up to you for direction and you are bringing them down like I've never seen anyone do. Not like the kid was rude or anything like that. I will NEVER buy anything here ever again. Maybe in France you do these things, but not in Canada.

A very bad experience in terms of customer service: Bad attitude, gratuitous aggression and a poor welcome.I won't go back there again.

Nice little place to buy baquettes, croissants, fougasses, etc. locally. On the other hand, the prices are excessive (eg: 1 croissant for $4.50) and the service is "without" a smile... Buying locally is what motivates me to go there..
