A local business worth a visit...As soon as you enter Brûlerie Élixir, the smell of coffee hits you and it's great. The welcome is great, you immediately feel good. Best coffee in Gatineau! I took an iced latte with oat milk & a dash of vanilla for reference. I don’t like Starbucks coffees and I hadn’t found a place I liked yet near my friends place, and I’ll definitely be coming back here. Not expensive too I’d be willing to pay more (cost me 5.46$)

I drove by this adorable spot on my way to get take out this Friday. I decided to come back today to give their coffee a shot! I’m forever looking for a great coffee in Gatineau. I walked in but they were actually closed on Sunday; they were just having a meeting. I left but the owner came out and said he’d be happy to make me a coffee either way as the machine was on!!
