Worst customer service by women waited for 15 minutes to order no one responded instead of taking order they ignored us. Doing there work.

I ordered via one of delivery apps and the desserts were good and fresh but the prices were very high. I strongly demand the shop to make the prices more reasonable and affordable

Just stopped by this dessert shop and had a great experience! The lady working there was incredibly nice and welcoming. She took the time to explain the menu to us and helped us decide what to try. Her customer service was excellent and really made the visit even better. Definitely a place worth checking out for both the desserts and the friendly service!

The cookies are hard and gross .
They have no flavor.
Do not recommend the cookies. So disappointed

We asked for Sorbet, got recommended a mango or lime option, both were just regular ice cream.....

I went to La Dipperie in Gatineau at about 9 PM on Friday, November 21, and what I saw inside honestly made my stomach turn. After getting my ice cream, I sat down, and across the room I watched the employee behind the counter do something absolutely vile. He took the communal ice-cream scooper, scooped some ice cream, put the scooper directly into his mouth, ate from it, and then dropped the same scooper back into the bin that’s used to serve every customer.
I was horrified. It was one of the most revolting things I have ever seen in a food establishment. The thought of that contaminated scooper being used for other customers made me feel physically sick — I genuinely almost threw up on the spot.
This was beyond unprofessional; it was unsanitary, unhygienic, and downright disgusting. I will never be going back to this place

I just ordered a box of 12 donuts and never again. This place is a joke. I normally never leave reviews. But I can’t help but feel like I got robbed.

Not good if you're ordering online. Will give you something you didn't order and be missing items from your order. These people can't make a latte. Cold or warm they always turn out disgusting.

Quality very lacking for the price. I ordered a lemonade that tasted very bitter, and a pistachio crepe that was not too bad BUT with pistachio ice cream that tasted as chemical as it looked. Not worth it. I will not buy again.
