We have been at the other location a few times but never returned since it moved to this location after the fire and I thought it would be nice to return with my mom, sister and some friends. We were there on Saturday night, March 7 for the dinner and show and were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the price of it. We were regular clients of the Ferme Rouge, then located near Masson, QC, in an old farm: rustic and warm atmosphere, hearty land-sea buffet (set up in an old boat), energetic staff, singers, dancers, to finish with a lively orchestra that invited clients to dance till late at night. Could do without the hip hop recorded dancing music during dinner. Very annoying. Had a spinach salad and a filet mignon. The salad was ok but had way too much dressing. The filet was perfect! However the baked potato was not fresh and tasted strongly of re-heat...vegetables were mixed and mostly re-heated: 2 fresh pieces of brocoli, carrots reheated and tasted awful, had to spit it out cause it was going bad.
