This is the worst mcdonalds in my general area. Never have receipt paper in the self-order machine, the screen that shows when your order is ready is never on and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Lol, its comical.

What a mess here! They don't know what they are doing, put the wrong items in the bag(we opted for apple slices but they put fries), when I brought the happy meal back to them, they just took the fries and put them back to the station for reuse? I'm not sure about the food safety protocols, it feels odd... They didn't followed the order selection. Even added salt and pepper(we didn't opt this) on to the burger in Happy Meal?! I have never had any issues in Ottawa but this location. We ordered from the app so it's not the French language issue when ordering. Save your time and money to go to Ottawa side.

My daughter got the big mac combo, and noticed that the top meat patty was partially eaten (unacceptable and disgusting). I took the sandwich back and showed the manager... She wanted to replace the patty only, which is just wrong. I asked for a new sandwich and She said okay. I would not go this McDonald's again. This place is just filthy and I would not trust the people who run this place.
Stick to the ottawa side unless you know French.
