This place is declining, orders not satisfactory, mc veggie over cooked burned, coke Zero taste like root bear, selling drinks that are flat, you have to tell them, imagine they serving this flat drink in the drive thru and your home, orange juice was disgusting even my daughter did not want to drink it. They forgot to bring the happy meal I paid for waiting in my car, I had to go back inside and they ask me if I've paid for it... Very bad customer service... Hire more Canadians, that would solve the problem.

I don't normally leave reviews, especially not for McDonald's but this particular location is bad. The ketchup dispenser was broken and covered in fruit flies. Neither drink machines produced ice. The bathrooms smelled very strongly of urine and there was blood smeared on the back of the stall door. Garbage was strewn about on tables. When I went to ask staff for ketchup I noticed half were on their phones leaving someone waiting to be served at the counter. I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but this location fell short today.

Two orders trio mc croquettes plus sauce... No honey, no bbq, no sweet and sour....Beverage? Than sprite or root beer. The sprite was disgusting! Tastes like fizzy, hot detergent. No napkin in the bag... The kibble had a funny taste.... Never again!

I know mistakes happen but, Ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin's to take out. Got my order, checked inside the bag, could see 2 wrapped sandwiches so headed home. At home open the wrappers which said sausage and egg, to find 2 beacon and egg. Too far to drive back, not impressed.

They often forget to make the correct orders. For example, today, for the mobile order, they forgot my daughter's 10 croquettes, the honey in the happy feast (they put bbq sauces, which is dangerous to make a mistake in this case due to the allergies) and my two apple turnovers.
