Two orders trio mc croquettes plus sauce... No honey, no bbq, no sweet and sour....Beverage? Than sprite or root beer. The sprite was disgusting! Tastes like fizzy, hot detergent. No napkin in the bag... The kibble had a funny taste.... Never again!

I know mistakes happen but, Ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin's to take out. Got my order, checked inside the bag, could see 2 wrapped sandwiches so headed home. At home open the wrappers which said sausage and egg, to find 2 beacon and egg. Too far to drive back, not impressed.

They often forget to make the correct orders. For example, today, for the mobile order, they forgot my daughter's 10 croquettes, the honey in the happy feast (they put bbq sauces, which is dangerous to make a mistake in this case due to the allergies) and my two apple turnovers.

The food taste is good,employee are polite enough. It use to be alot of mix up with the order and alot of customers not getting what they order or wrong order which there has been and improvement in that and that's good that you try to improve that. Now the main reason am doing this review is- whenever a customer asked for bacon to be added to thier poutene even if it's at and extra cost and the customer has no problem to pay extra the employee's most times say that thier not allowed because the boss doesn't want that. Now Mr Or Ms boss explain to me what the issue is if a customer is willing to pay more for bacon to be added to thier poutene. There could be a valid reason, so explain that to me Big Boss lady or Big Boss Man. Isn't more money good for business? I would hope the business is there to make money.
