Terrible service. Nobody knows how to do the easiest job on the planet. I'm a line cook and I don't have 100 timers going off to tell me my food is ready but they still can't make any decent food. I only go there for my son now because he likes the nugget happy meals but the last 5 times the food was ice cold. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I will no longer be going to this McDonald's.

They put up cones in the drive through that prevents you from leaving the line. We were stuck in a line for 10 minutes for no reason since the ice cream machine was unoperational. Highly disappointed.

It’s very hard to mess up McDonald’s. But boy, has a number been done on this one.Without hyperbole, the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. And I don’t mean old & decrepit. It’s actually modern! But it was FIIIILTHY. There were POOLS of pop in the seats… all over the floor. Peeling wallpaper. Busted ceiling tiles. And generally filth everywhere. The touch-screen ordering terminals were absolutely dripping with… with… I don’t even know. But it was glistening & gross.Now, all that would have been forgivable had the food been passable.Here’s a list of all the things thus McDonald’s DID NOT have:• Ice Cream (and all its associated products. Like McFlurries, sundaes, & cones)• Ice (and any cooling whatsoever in the fountain drinks. Explains why so much of it was just spilled or discarded)• raspberry pies (who cares usually, but in among the list it was notable)• Fruitopia• Non expired fruit chunks• Medium drink cups• Medium fries• Happy Meal boxes• A fork for my poutine• Hope!!!The burgers were slap dashed together. The fries were cold. The lobby / waiting area had the vibe of an airport terminal for a just-cancelled connecting red eye flight to Disney Land… a heartbreaking scene that would break the spirit of even the most battle hardened solider.I should have listened to my nephew when he said going here was NOT worth the McPlayPlace. TAKE HEED!!! Do not go here. Drive the 4km to the other end of town if you NEED a quarter pounder.

Completely unacceptable (read details)2.Order half doneI really took the trouble to mention that the burger must be meatless for reasons 1. I am religious, meat is not allowed in my home!2.I am fasting at the moment3.I am a vegan person.I receive my order with the box (hamburger box) mentions no meat written on the outside in FRENCH + inside it is beef!I don't eat beef+I'm vegan+beef is not allowed in a traditional Buddhist house!My order is half done, I'm missing my fries.When I call the restaurant, your associate had the pleasure of telling me, if it's her or uber eat who will deliver my order, it's not her problem, if I want another one, I'll go see with uber eat or come to mcdo.I live 5 minutes from McDonald's, I am on sick leave and my doctor has forbidden me to drive because of my medication.I took the initiative to order and tip the driver because I know it's late!Thank you to your service, so that I spent a night without lunch and impeccable service.

It is unacceptable to forget a few things in a drive-thru order. If McDonald's cannot, after 100 years of history, ensure that orders are respected, it is worth avoiding going there.

Cold soggy chicken burger, fries half full some of the fries still cold and barely cooked at all Just ate 5 minutes ago and already feel sick..I'm not expecting a lot when I go to a trash heap like McDonald's. But for 13$ a nasty cold soggy burger and half full frozen fries is not acceptable, even with having low expectations, McDonald's aylmer can't even meet a low bar.. horrible and won't ever go to any McDonald's again

We went to pick up some lunch for the grandkids before watching the eclipse. The place was packed, many young people had the day off school. Although we had a longer wait than usual, the fact that the staff remained patient and friendly helped the customers stay calm, and the experience was overall positive. (I don't think the supervisors foresaw how busy lunchtime would be on a Monday, but the eclipse changed all that. )
Dans le menu pour enfant, on m’a remis un item comestible - cantaloupe- qui etait après sa date d’expiration (2 jours après la date). Si aucun suivi n’est fait par rapport à ceci, je doute de la qualité de la nourriture. Deja que mcdo n’est pas fort mais si en plus la nourriture qu’ils nous servent est passée date. Yark. Je n’y retournerai jamais ici.
