It literally took 20 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. With a pre order.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats, but because of extremely severe weather, the order was cancelled. I was still charged the full amount even though I never received the food.
I also called the restaurant several times, but nobody answered. I understand that the food may have already been prepared, but charging the customer 100% of the order when the cancellation was caused by dangerous weather conditions is extremely frustrating.

I order food and a drink with no ice.
The drink I received was 80% full and told because it was a special order(no ice) that is all you get. They wouldn't even top it up and told me it was my fault for ordering it with no ice. They said I could pay for a kids drink to top it off. Then they seemed upset when I asked for a refund. Will not go back there.

Although there are some concerns about customer service, especially regarding food delivery, many customers appreciate the improvements, including perfectly made burgers. There is plenty of parking available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but options for vegetarians and those with gluten restrictions are limited.
