The service is friendly and informative. The amount of food for value of money isn’t particularly great, but it’s a fun experience to share with friends and family. The food itself was good quality, however not much flavour with the bouillon option for fondue. Would make a nice date night or family fun dinner.

No doubt about it, one of, if not the best restaurant to go to in Gatineau for tasty food and great vibes. Everyone is super nice and helpful and the Fondue Trio is really an amazing experience to share with a friend or loved one. Been coming here for my birthday for the past 4 years and couldn't be happier every time.
PS: If you really like the raclette you ate, you can ask to purchase a block of it!

We are still sitting in the restaurant so that the excellence is fresh when I write this. It was excellent in every way.
We came on Thursday for my birthday having never done raclette. They have a special $10 off the big raclette meal on that day so, bonus! Anyway, we ordered that. It has a selection of meats, pickled onions and pickles, potatoes, and bread. We also got an additional side of broccoli, apples and grapes. Of course, the ¼ wheel of cheese too.
They gave us great explanations of how it works, made great suggestions and were superb about both the gluten and shellfish allergies at our table. The gluten free bread, which was actually really good for GF, was an extra couple of bucks. I feel like I'm not sufficiently selling how good the cheese was. It's freaking delicious.
Our server, Krystel, was so great. Fully bilingual and so accommodating about everything. The price tag is high but it's well worth it for the experience and the good vibes.

We visit regularly to enjoy the raclette. My wife is vegetarian and enjoys hers while I pick one of the many carnivore options. As you cook your food, it becomes an experience. There is a weekly all you can eat option but the normal version has plenty of food on its own. The restaurant maintains their own butchery so everything is freshly prepared. While it's not a large wine list, they have many reasonably priced options. Menus are in English and French and we've always had bilingual servers.

We went for a birthday, taking 20 people to this restaurant for the first time. It really wasn't very busy, set up more like a hall, no ambiance. ..and after bringing a cake and asking nicely ..they refused to allow us to serve it. It wasn't taking away from the restaurant as the majority of the people had paid for desert anyway. ..certainly not great for an event, and nothing special on a regular day....
