I adore this place, i go there often its my favorite treat, the service is fast eith a variety of choices, can be a little pricey but it's very good, the only problem is the loud noise from around but its not their fault its in the middle of a mall, the young girl who served me today is really nice and quick, shout-out to her and how quick of a worker she is

Mr. Pretzels is located on one of the islands at Les Promenades Gatineau. If you’re craving something sweet, this is a good option. I usually order the Nutella pretzel — it’s served warm and makes a nice treat while walking around the mall. It’s not my favorite dessert, but it’s not bad at all. The service is very basic with little interaction: you order, receive your pretzel, and that’s it. Simple and satisfying for a sweet break. 🥨🍫

Customers particularly enjoy the Beaverdogs, now available in bite sizes. The staff is accommodating, informing customers of any wait times while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
