Food is decent, not the best or most authentic, and the delivery charge is the steepest in the city. My biggest problem is their website is impossible to use and you can't find the menu anywhere when they arent open for some reason? Just make a normal website, like a normal restaurant.

They are now closed. Only locations open are now in Ottawa on Baseline or Preston street. Great service but they could have left a message to us in their voicemail or just disconnect the number entirely so that people won't keep calling thinking they will eventually get through.

The service was great..

The food is excellent, the servings are large, and service is efficient and polite. I went with a group of twenty, we had a great experience.

Excellent atmosphere and great pad Thai with courteous service

The food here is pretty good. Probably one of the best papaya salads I’ve had outside of Thailand. The curries aren’t bad if you like them on the sweeter side

Delicious Thai cuisine with ample servings and great dessert.

For the Ottawa region this thai place is very good and it presents excellent dishes and the option of heat is very nice. the price point is higher than other Thai restaurants but his place is excelllent

Good food, but pricey. There isn't any customer parking. Atmosphere is a lovely old building, however needs a good clean and removal of old carpeting which has an odour. Service was good.

Service was quick and the food was good and hot. The place is charming. Not as spicy as implied in the menu, good for a quick business meal. Appropriately priced.
The food, service, and everyone who worked here was all top notch! Very delicious pad thai. Best I've had in years.

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened years ago but the service has been going downhill for the last few years. Our last visit was the last one for us. We were told all the tables were reserved and given an horrendous table in a corner yet several excellent tables remained empty the whole time we were there and other people walking in from the street got much better tables than us. Not a very nice way to treat loyal long time customers. This place is too popular now they can treat you badly and get away with it. The service was mediocre as well we didn't get the same employee it was different people every time. The food was lukewarm and not as good as in previous visits. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. There must be 50 Thai restaurants in Ottawa/Gatineau smaller places who get less business will treat you much better.

Not very tasteful, waiters don't seem to care much or pay attention. Would not return, too expensive for quality...

Absolutely perfect...beautiful venue, very friendly staff, delicious food. I highly recommend the Pad Ki Mow.

I don't know why the fried noodles taste rags. When I brought it up with the waiter, he immediately changed the fried noodles for us. Excellent service, good overall situation.
