I was waiting in line, and I have a good idea now why people wait so long, the impatient cashier who gets frustrated because I don't know what to order on my first visit, the cook shows us mouse holes 🐁🐭 in the takeaways outs and talks to us very loudly about it up and down, I turned on my heels, no way to eat from anything that there was a rat!!!

C'est ma 2 ieme visites et dernière , la premiere fois j'ai eu droit a une boulette de hamburger réchauffée et cette fois-ci je demande un grilled cheese BACON bien grillé et j'ai eu un Grilled Cheese SANS bacon et apres 10 min pas très grillé.

Bad costumer service they don't listen to the orders, bacon undercooked. The chef uses his ungloved hand for food and the gloves hand for the spatula. Will not come back

Tried this burger joint for the first time today. Got a simple burger and fries combo. Service was friendly, fries were good. The burger was burnt, dry, and bland. Price was a little on the expensive side. If the burger was moist, juicy, flavourful, and not burnt, the experience would have been much better.

Real poutine. None of this "shredded mozzarella" crap. Good portions, nice gravy.

"Without Prejudice and In My Opinion" This is a great takeout location where a lot of detail to home cooking is applied. The cut fresh potatoes and have attention to customer service. It always had the Mom and Pop feel to it but recently changed owners whom are keeping up the great food and service.

Tastes as good as it smells. Burgers and fries, coleslaw salad on the side, cold beverage and tasty dessert. And away you go.

Poutine with smoked meat, mushrooms and onions was great!

Had a cheese burger for lunch....charged me 1.00 for cheese...burger was overcooked, actually black on the bottom, dry, bun was burned and all this for just under $7.00 seriously will not be having lunch there anytime soon!

Used to buy hotdogs there almost daily when I worked nearby. Service is good too.

It's nice that they open before work starts.
