I used to love this place years ago but customer service seriously went downhill recently, I was in there with at least 8-10 people waiting in line and the place is pretty small, they hired more teenagers that aren’t keeping track of online orders which results in angry customers waiting for half an hour even if they placed an order hours ahead of time, I would honestly recommend going to Snack Shack instead, it’s gotten better over the years, you won’t be waiting in line and you can dine in unlike patate loulou

The poutine is excellent. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong kind of gravy on my poutine. An honest mistake, I'm sure. Don't forget to check your receipts and orders before leaving. I can't speak on any other food except the poutine. Oh btw, a small poutine is the exact same volume as a medium poutine. Don't order a medium if you want more than a small worth of food (order large or family sizes). The small is cheaper and is the same volume as medium (my boyfriend and I just tested it with water, an easy test to do lol).
Parking: Parking lot is incredibly small, probably hard to find parking when many people are there in person

The food was good and freshly cooked. The tables were relatively clean. The person taking orders wasn't really listening to what we were saying. We had to repeat the order for what we wanted in the hotdogs at least twice each. But nothing serious. If I pass in the area I will come back.

Arrived home with my order, one poutine was missing. I had to move around and in the meantime the rest of my meal became cold. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Otherwise, the quantity of cheese curds is well distributed in the portion. The waiting room lacks cleanliness. I hope the kitchen is clean.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and this weekend was the worst experience. Very good service but the poutine, ouch. I had poutine soup. Way too much sauce and not the first time. Please, supervise your employees well and not just make them work. Several people talk about it in Aylmer. If you want to keep your place, set and demand standards... It's up to you to see who you employ... you have nothing guaranteed even after buying someone else's business.

Just had a terrible experience as I called I had to order food they told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes, lo and behold 30 minutes later I was still waiting I name up so I went to the desk he said oh yes it's going to be $30.. but proceeded to pay only to wait another 30 minutes. Finally after an hour of originally waiting for the food he gives me the food and asked to pay. I told him I had already paid so they take another 10 minutes to sit through all the receipts and then tell me they didn't charge me enough for the food. I paid them the extra $6 and then he proceeded to give me the wrong drink which was cheaper than what I have paid for. I proceeded to tell him that I was supposed to get a slushy not a bottle drink and he was about to go back on the receipts and that's when I said you know what it's not worth my trouble. Sucks because I used to like this place they need to change their customer service ASAP.

The fried chicken is better than anything in Aylmer, not salty and not over greasy. And the staff were awesome when I showed up not sure what I was asking for..they were pleasant and helpful..will definitely come again. Congrats team LouLou!!!
