I ordered a meatball sub and asked for extra cheese, little sauce, and all dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, ect. The order took an hour and a half for delivery. The sub had no cheese at all on it. There was no sauce at all, but it did come with the fixings. It was very dry, bread was burnt, and overall very disappointing. We also ordered a poutine with extra cheese. Only cheese on top. Other than that gravy and nothing extra. Very dissapounted once again from ordering from this place :(

Very respectable establishment. They made an minor error on my toppings, and they made me a whole new pizza in no time at all. I tried tipping them, but they declined. It's rare to find places that take pride in their work like they do these days.

I ordered the submarine with extra steak , and the quantity and quality did not disappoint !! Only discrepancy is that it doesn't say a small 2.50$ delivery fee on the website, besides that food was good, wish they offered more sauce options tho, I really love a sub with vinaigrette, Italian dressing, or something . Anyways I had mentioned dto the delivery driver who was probably the owner, that I'm sorry for the really small tip I didn't know about the delivery fee until the very end after I placed my order. And was saying bye on the phone , but decided to ask the total since I was paying cash.. I mistakenly misunderstood and thought the delivery driver (owner most probably ) was trying to indirectly insult me by offering me back the minuscule tip. instead of just saying it's ok don't worry about the small tip and they'll try to update the website . I thought maybe it was a driver who was mad I didn't give a good tip,,, But after giving some thought I believe it was just the owner trying to be nice and offering me back the delivery fee.. not my lousy 1$ tip. I thought it was just a mad driver giving att so I got a bit offended , told him there's no reason to be insulting, he said sorry he didn't mean it that way,, but now after some thought I realize it was most likely the owner just trying to be nice , and give good customer care service. Offering to refund my delivery fee.. so I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding, and the owner seems like he takes the extra effort to make his clients satisfied . and besides that the sub was delicious and good quality. you guys should give it a try !! I have tried their pizza once the 1st time I ordered a month ago, and it was really delicious !!
