I had the pleasure of discovering Pizza José yesterday for the first time since we moved to the neighborhood, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. Without a doubt one of the best pizzas I have had the chance to taste! The owner, JP, stands out for his kindness and commitment to his customers. Despite the rush, he always takes the time to greet each customer and make sure they have what they want! It’s truly a hidden gem in Gatineau that deserves to be discovered. The quality of service and delicious pizza are elements that ensure that Pizza José will remain a reference in the region for many years to come. First time ordering a pizza from here. Jose was recommended to me by several friends and I can see why.I called to order. When answering the owner JP said had just closed up. Se said no problem he said he would fire back up the oven and make my pizza.I came down got the pizza. Had a great chat with this gentlemen. He's s great guy old school type service that we don't see often.Now back to the pizza. I ordered the deluxe pizza and it was amazing. Thick and lots of toppings. Definitely hands down the best pizza in Gatineau. I will be back.Everyone has to try this pizza. So if you're looking for a pizzeria this is the place to go.I highly recommend this place. If you read my previous reviews, I tell it like it is.

Local pizza restaurant mostly for pick up. I went there for the first time without any expectations and the owner was super friendly. We chatted a bit, picked up the pizza and came home. The pizza was really good super yummy. Fresh ingredients went into the pizza. I think I will be visiting again when I feel like eating pizza :)

Une variété d’excellentes pizzas, légumes frais, vrai bacon croustillant, pepperoni savoureux, sauce à pizza maison, un délice chaque fois que nous savourons que ce soit une Jose spéciale ou une pizza hawaïenne! Quoique la livraison peut être de 45-60 minutes dans les temps très occupé, les livreurs sont super gentils et la pizza est toujours livrée chaude! Un régal chaque fois! Le propriétaire est super gentil et sait bien prendre soin de ses clients depuis plusieurs années! ?
