The service has become absolutely terrible and keeps getting worse. We have been loyal customers for several years, but over the past year the quality of service has declined dramatically. The servers and waitresses seem to be constantly moving from one section to another, creating confusion and poor service.
On our last visit, we waited about 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even what we had ordered. To make matters worse, both our waitress and the manager completely ignored us instead of trying to fix the situation or even apologizing.
After years of being loyal customers, this experience was extremely disappointing. I can honestly say this was our last visit. We will not be coming back.

I went there on Sunday with my sister, her husband passed away and I wanted to take her for something to eat, we walked in and two ladies were standing at the front talking they completed ignored us when we walked in and walked away not even saying oh someone be there soon, they just walked away like we didn’t even exist then we were finally seated, the waiter came over and gave us menus but never came back till we finally had to wave one guy down saying can we order he said oh yes sorry by the way I should mention the restaurant was empty it’s not like they were busy or anything, then we ordered and the food came I will say the food was very good but we sat there for 25 minutes and the reason I know this was because my sister got a call as we started eating and she checked the time on her phone for 25 minutes not one time did the waiter come back and ask us anything or check up, I was so fed up I told my sister let’s get out of here the service was absolutely terrible, well there was no service the only reason im leaving a 2 stars is because the food even though totally over priced was very good!!

We had a great server, his name was Nicholas. Anything we asked for he delivered right away.
We enjoyed our Sunday Brunch, we were 9 people, no wait time for our meals. I recommend this place for Brunch, Lunch or dinner 😋. Thank you Nicolas.

**I ordered for delivery ** (I know it's more expensive). My mushroom veal cost $60 (which is outrageous) BUT I was treating myself to something I hadn't had in years. I figured at that price, I would receive what was advertised (or so I thought). I thought at $60 dollars I would get quality pasta with delicious oils, seasonings and flavours and quality veal scallopini. What I received was dry and flavorless pasta that looked like a cafe style luch bowl. My mushroom veal tasted like BBQ. Along with the pasta, came a single grilled zucchini piece and two gilled peppers pieces. Everything tasted like BBQ char. I'm all in for BBQ if thats what I'm ordering. What I ate was not worth $60 and did not bring me the joy and comfort that I would definitely expect at the price of $60.
What a waste of money, I ordered Seafood linguine, it came smelling very fishy, the mussels had sand, you only get 3 shrimp lol and one of them had a weird texture and smelled awful I spit it out. The waiter told us seafood came frozen so I guess they just re freeze the seafood over and over again. Lasagna grandiosa was okay but not worth the price. Escargot the cheese was so hard it was sticking to the plate and chunky. Minestrone soup tasted like it came from a can. Not worth $116!!! The food tasted like one of those places that they don’t care anymore.

I came in with high expectations after hearing so many positive reviews from family and friends, but I left feeling genuinely disappointed.
To start with the positives, the service was good. That was easily the best part of the experience.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. The bread and butter were just average, nothing more than basic sliced bread with decent butter. The appetizers were underwhelming as well. My wife’s escargot portion was small and only “okay,” and my minestrone soup arrived lukewarm and lacked any real seasoning.
The main courses were the biggest issue. My wife ordered the seafood linguine, and the seafood tasted off. The scallops were overly fishy, the shrimp didn’t taste fresh, and the mussels had an unpleasant smell and sand in them. It was concerning enough that we sent it back. While our server handled it professionally, it was disappointing to hear the seafood had been frozen and thawed.
I had the lasagna grandiosa, which was fine but nothing special, especially for the price. It lacked seasoning and didn’t stand out in any way.
Overall, the experience didn’t match the reputation or the cost. Aside from the great service, it was a letdown, and unfortunately, not somewhere I’d return to.

Only giving this 2 stars so it won’t immediately get deleted.
Maybe my fault for ordering through an app. But this was hands down the most disappointing “Italian” food I’ve ever had.
Please fire your chef and hire someone who’s actually Italian.
The Carbonara actually tasted like a box of Hamburger Helper Stroganoff pasta. Same type of noodles but somehow less flavour!
The severely dehydrated prosciutto that’s on top was basically inedible, unless you want to break a tooth I guess.
I’m not even sure why you would ruin prosciutto like that.
Anyways, I ordered the carbonara, creamy soup of the day, and a small Cesar salad (no side salad option?) for a whopping total of 56$ before taxes, uber fees and tip.
The soup was the only decent item. And that’s being generous since it wasn’t anything special and tasted like any other creamy (broccoli I think?) soup from the grocery store.
I’m so sorry for the person who reviewed this restaurant and said it was their introduction to Italian food.
Save yourself some money and go buy a can of Chef Boyardee.

Delicious food with great service and reasonable prices. My daughter loved the kid menu, which came with a drink, starter, main, and dessert. We appreciated the high chair, booster seat, and step in the bathroom.
Excellent service, ambiance et déjeuner encore une fois! Merci à Jane pour l’excellent service comme toujours.
