I called to place an order at 3:30 p.m. and said I would pick them up at 5 p.m. to avoid a long wait. When I arrived to pay and pick up my order, there were sushi orders filling the counter, including my order. I was not able to pay right away because the payment of the person just before me had not gone through and the person was now out. The cashier had to run outside to get it. I think she was new, which is understandable. But a colleague told her a little arrogantly that she had to check and make sure. Not great for the news. She wasn't helping him or anything. Anyway, I arrive home, my sushi is hot! And no, the “fresh rice” excuse should not be used here. My sushi was clearly made following my call and left on the counter until I arrived! $77 worth of sushi that isn't even good. The worst thing is that there is a large fridge right at the entrance. The sushi should be placed there and indicate that it is orders and not to touch it, like they do in other sushi chains. Really disappointed. I'm going to give up on the Sushi Shop franchise

Basically it's like McDonald's, the pictures and what you actually get are two different things! Never ever going back to that location. The avocado is brown, it doesn't even look close to the picture. The sushi in the picture had a slice of jalapeno, what I got was barely sprinkles of jalapeno. Like false advertisement.

I don't recommend this sushi shop at all, the products don't even look like the photo. I thought I had the wrong order, but no. False advertising, example in the photo there were slices of jalapeno on each sushi, on the product 1 slice cut into 5 pieces. I will never go to this sushi shop again.

We visited the dining room of this restaurant on Sunday September 22, 2024 at the end of the day. Without being “wow”, the food was decent and the employees very welcoming and warm. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. A thorough cleaning would be in order. For example, on the backs of the benches, you could clearly see the oily prints of many customers' heads, the windows, the floors, the tables, the trash cans and the bathroom, in short everything was dirty. What I observed was not just simple dirt from the day but dirt installed by a lack of regular and sustained cleaning that such a restaurant requires. For this reason, I will no longer go to this place.

Sushi Shop Montee Paiement ,Didnt realize the shop was still closed I walked in an hour before opening and the employee Anoushka who was prepping for the day politely informed me that the shop wasnt opened but smiled and told me she would serve me, totally made my day , fine example of a perfect employee , Thank you

The worst sushi I've eaten in a while! 1. All the extras I asked for are not there.
2. The avocado roll tastes like cleaning product.
3. My pokebowl has almost no rice and they put lots of seasoning, we just taste it, it's full spice. And the mayo makes the pokebowl have a pudding texture.
Really awful!!!

We’ve been ordering from this location over the last few years. I think the staffing and food quality mentioned in some of the reviews have been sorted out as the quality and service lately is really good. The sushi itself is great and they happily accommodate the thickness of the rolls for kids anytime I’ve asked. No complaints!

I realized that the avocado was rotten, I know because the children at home eat avocado very often, the worst thing is that the salmon was also in bad shape and the rice was paste. What a desappointment

Sushi is pretty good; but thats not the issue. Typically it can take 2-3 hours to get the food which is absolutely ridiculous. They do not make food fast at all, and the quality does not make up for the lack of efficient service.
