“Je suis allé dîner avec des collègues mardi midi et c'était juste trop bon ! J'ai commandé le tacos de morue avec frites, c'était absolument délicieux. Une de mes collègues a pris la salade, boucane au au saumon fumé et l'assiette était sublime, et c'était très délicieux . Toute notre gang était satisfaite de leur plats ! Et que dire de la présentation!! et ce n'est pas juste beau, c'est excellent. La serveuse était super gentille, et on a pas attendu longtemps pour nos plats. ils ont une belle petite terrasse à l'ombre et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. je vais y retourner certainement.“

“Great spot for karaoke. Lots of participants. If you're from the Ontario side, expect lots of fun french songs.
Service could be faster, but it's mostly because the bar tender is also a performer and is well loved by all the regulars. So ya. You may have to wait an extra couple minutes.

“One word: WOW!!! We were greeted by the warm and inviting presence of our incredibly attentive server, Shaw. She was beyond stellar, going above and beyond to create a fantastic and personal guest experience. My partner and I dined here for the Valentine’s day special, visiting this spot for the first time - and were SO impressed with the food, drink selection, service, speed of service (!!), and atmosphere. In my opinion, this is the go-to spot for date night in Ottawa. I could not say more than .. total perfection!! We will be returning and requesting a table in Shaw’s section for SURE!!! Thank you to the kitchen team and service staff for an exceptional evening. I have not been this wowed by the Ottawa food scene in a long time. Absolutely visit this spot if you are looking for a welcoming but upscale dining experience. It simply cannot be beat.“

“We went for Capital city bites on a week night. The menu was a set course but a lot of the dishes were off the regular menu. Everything was outstanding. I never imagined cabbage could taste this good. I know they are a wine bar but their cocktails were fantastic as well. Everything we ate was delicious, the scallops, cretons, beef tartare, cabbage, bread and butter, the mushroom pasta and the beef short rib. Would 100% recommend. Service was amazing, our server was attentive, had great knowledge of the dishes, very pleasant to chat with. Its the perfect date night or celebration spot.“

“This place is a hidden gem if you're looking for a chill lounge atmosphere with great cocktails, great prices but a small but mighty kitchen for sandwiches and the like. The service is impeccable and our waitress always remembers pur names when my girlfriend and I usually go for a couple of drinks for a night put in Hintonburg. Really like this place and they even have some boardgames for the adventurous minds. Cheers!“
