No respect for people, the prize for worst service goes to this Tim's manager who remains unbeatable, I went twice and I am even more surprised by his very aggressive "improvement" and zero attentiveness. Thank you Madam Manager for respect and customer service… ? looking forward to seeing how I will be served next time besides the negligence and mistakes I ordered a croissant I got a bagel i guess for them it is the same but I was so badly received that I took what they gave me for fear of making me speak badly again, in reality there won't be a next time because I think it's going to be hard to teach the lady what good manners and customer service are!

It shouts at you, it speaks badly to you when they are not even able to respect the 30 seconds of service at the drive-thru. More than 20 minutes of waiting then it shouts at you at the window!!

In my opinion, Tim Hortons coffee is undrinkable. But it seems to appeal to a lot of people.The sandwiches and soups are pretty good, they make great convenience stores.The donuts are good, especially the apple donuts. Along with their muffins, they are their greatest strength.

I was very disappointed with the service, I was on April 28 around 11 p.m., the employee who served us was not courteous. When we got to the drive-thru the ordering screen was off so we thought it wasn't working, so we walked up to the window. When the employee opened the window we informed him that we had not ordered yet because the screen was not working, he replied stupidly "you just didn't stay there long enough" afterwards we asked him what donut they had left (because most of the time in tims there are 4 kinds left) he still answers us in a stupid way as if we were already supposed to know that. after we left we realized he gave us a donut we didn't ask for.
