Staff are rude and don’t speak proper English, it’s hard to communicate??!
Not only that I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club and asked for a wrap instead of a bun, and LITTLE mayo on it, when I got my wrap, it was in a bun, and the staff LOADED it with mayo, I went back to return it cos it was drenched in so much mayo it wasn’t edible, when I rolled back to the window the staff were laughing. I asked for a refund as I felt the staff did something to the sandwich as a joke, they continued laughing…

Worst Tim Hortons in the city, rude Staffing. Can't communicate in French or English. Then because they fill my cup only halfway, i ask to correct it up the the fill line on the cup. Staffing got even more mad because there was a line, and add coffee to my cup of French vanilla. If you made a mistake, just correct it with a smile instead of driving customers away with you bad attitude.

Your worker at cash doesn't seem to want to be there he has made not 1 but 2 mistakes he appears to be in a rush to get rid of customers as oppose to listening to customers orders he needs a good talking too about how to serve customers.this was around 1:00 pm today

Never order from them on uber or the Tim Hortons app the employees are always keeping stuff its the 4th time my order is wrong and there asking me too buy from them again too get my missing items i got a 6$ vanilla caramel icecap and received a small 2 2 idk where tf it went wrong in there heads but its awlays like that i think the employees keep peoples stuff for them 🤷‍♂️

No respect for people, the prize for worst service goes to this Tim's manager who remains unbeatable, I went twice and I am even more surprised by his very aggressive "improvement" and zero attentiveness. Thank you Madam Manager for respect and customer service… ? looking forward to seeing how I will be served next time besides the negligence and mistakes I ordered a croissant I got a bagel i guess for them it is the same but I was so badly received that I took what they gave me for fear of making me speak badly again, in reality there won't be a next time because I think it's going to be hard to teach the lady what good manners and customer service are!
