In 2 days of ordering, I received an error in each of my orders, not receiving the correct product requested. Unfortunately, the service was drive-thru so I didn't learn of these errors until I was further down the road. The lady is always in a hurry to give us our order, even wandering around in the car, and without taking the time to check that what she gives me is correct. However, there is no waiting behind me so why be in such a hurry. Very poor customer service.

The service here was great and fast the staff are very polite and friendly and the food was amazing i ordered a breakfast BLT and it was made just the way I had ordered it the lady at the sandwich station did a great job with the food I ordered and the employee who took my order and made my ice coffee did it just how I liked it

I order from this Tim Hortons everyday, always the same people. I always have the same order. I get 2 large triple triple. I received my order tonight and what blows my mind is that I order 2 of the same drinks. And when they are making them I would think they should look identical. These 2 coffees look completely different and taste different. Although they are the supposed to be the same drink. It’s blows my mind that they can make 2 coffees that are supposed to be the same yet look so different and just proceed to just go along thinking it won’t taste different.

One of the best tims in the area, the store is clean, the service is great, would totally recommend.
It's always a hit or miss here. Sometimes the service and food are fantastic and something they really suck. You win some you lose some I suppose.
