The night manager at this tim horton he is the worst ever employee and manager and person ever met in my life soo disrespectful soo mean and soo bad and it's not the first time he does something mean When you put someone in wrong position he thinks that he own the world luckily he is just manager of tim horton no higher I was asking for something I know even where in the tablet of tim horton when he was trying to tell me we can't do it and when he realized that I know he left me and even asked the other employee to not serve me and ignore me I swear my biggest mistake to not take a video of him and show him to everyone how mean he was To the owner if you wanna keep your clients better to put someone who deserves the position

I always enjoy my visits to Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly and serve with a smile, and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, which makes it a nice place to relax or take a quick break. I also love their donuts and breakfast sandwiches — great quality for a good price. Overall, a wonderful experience every time!

I did a mobile order which should have been ready when I arrived, I waited 15 minutes for them to notice me waiting there. Then they started the order. The woman made my cold brew and served it to me without cold foam and the milk was very chunky. I told her I was missing the foam and that milk should not be chunky, to use another milk. She rolled her eyes and went back to re make the drink with foam but used the same milk as before because it came back just as chunky if not more. It was disguting, I threw the drink away. Everyone make sure to check the milk in your drink!!!!!

Unfortunately Tim's have gotten vary poor when it comes to quality of food and the quantity of the food the quality and the quantity is very much under graded and is very poor for the price that people are being charged I have literally stopped going to Tim Hortons other than perhaps a small coffee on the Run other than that it is no food absolutely no food
