“I hate calling people and it's even more of a thing when I'm in Quebec or SPM, where we don't speak the same language. This led me to (stupidly) showing up here without a reservation for dinner on my wife's birthday. They were full and didn't have any space for us, but as we were walking back to our car, the woman ran out and said the kitchen said they could squeeze us in! They saved my bacon! And we had a 2yo in tow too, which I think a lot of upscale restaurants wouldn't mind being able to keep out. Thanks again for finding space for us!“
