“As I am writing this, I am going against what l had stated years ago that I would never set foot into another Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise. The high point was the impeccable customer service by Lucas. I would hire him in a heartbeat for any Frontline workplace! The Chicken was crisp, tender, and not that horrible greasy stuff I had been subjected to in the past. Macaroni salade was fresh and the gravy brought me back to my childhood. Place was really clean. Go ahead....try it again!“

“I go here all the time after work and the chicken is amazing!!!! It's super crispy which I love, even when I take it home with me it stays crispy the whole time. The fries are breaded and beyonddd good. Ive tried the mozerrella burger a few times, I usually get the chicken but the cheese pull PULLS. Definitely recommend. Some reviews say chicken is undercooked but I go here like 2-3 times a week and Ive never had that problem so I dont know.“

Tried the new poutine and was underwhelmed by the poutine itself. The fries are usually amazing but in poutine format less so.

It was quite unique to receive the poutine in a pizza box along with the fork, I really liked that.

Parking is very limited. Probably best to take out.

There is still seating within the place and there is a screen that indicates how long until the order is served which is a very nice touch.“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to Jasleen at Domino’s. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made sure my order was handled perfectly and went above and beyond to make the whole experience pleasant.

“so my order, was sent to the wrong pizza place yet even so, they waited after closing, in the full moon under the torret of rain outside with my order. Despite me not being able to arrive and collect from this man, who ever he man be, he waited with patience and grace, until I discovered the mishap,and informed them, where they then understood and wished me well. “I stopped buying form this location a couple years ago for the terrible, rude service and low quality and preparation of their food, HOWEVER I gave them a shot again this weekend and what a lovely surprise it was that my pizza actually tasted as the good old pizza hut days. I haven’t had a decent pizza in years and their brought me back to those late 90s killing Pizza Hut times. Kudos to the team my 2 pizzas were perfect and my Cinnabon on-spot!“

“Aman is the best worker and kindest person ever!
Aman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag (which went on without him), so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. His kindness was such an amazing act of generosity and I can't commend him enough.“

“We always order from here whenever we crave some pizza 🤤 Les prix sont correct et la croûte farcie est incroyable en plus. Personally, I haven't had problems with their service. We call them letting them know we'll come pick-up our order 30 mins in advance and it's always hot and ready when we arrive. “Food was made very quick but I find the chicken not as crispy as the KFC in Dorion. And the cashier accused me of paying with a fake $50 bill after he scanned it but I had just received it from the bank. I don’t appreciate the accusation. He also did not tell me that the bbq sauce was not free but luckily another employee gave me one for free after I spent $70 on food. The onion rings were amazing though.“
