Friendly staff, just slow and seem to prioritize drive through only. Waited 20 mins for a bagel and watched as multiple drive thru orders that were entered after mine were completed.

We went today. The men's bathroom needs help. There's no soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer haven't worked for over a year. We waited almost 10 mins to be served and the girls were walking around like we weren't there so we left. It's the closest Tim Hortons from my place but I'll drive the extra miles to get a better service.

They try their best even when there are rude customers for The toilets they do clean them just there’s a lot of people that use the bathroom and they can’t spend their whole day cleaning it every two seconds and there’s a lot of people that explode the bathrooms I don’t think they get enough to clean people‘s poop up and they are very kind workers

I go to this TimHortons all the time, but today I don’t think I want to order food here anymore. I was enjoying my chicken wrap at my girlfriends and all of a sudden I’m chewing on a bone. I lost my appetite afterwards. I don’t think I’ll be ordering a wrap from here ever again.

The young lady at the service is very rough. No smile, no welcome nothing. As soon as I spoke English her attitude changed. A robot would do better! Filthy washroom!
