Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons in Lachine: I'm really saddened to have to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience at Tim Hortons in Lachine. Tim hortons won’t reimburse you for missing items on your order. The customer is lying if an item is missing because Tim hortons surely double checked and they make no mistakes, so it’s not their fault.
Go order on uber or something. Businesses like tim hortons will go out of business soon, they just can’t compete with such mediocre service.

However, there was an incident where a rude server served coffee black instead of with sugar and cream, which spoiled the experience for some customers.
