Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They confirmed my reservation and then refused to honor it. The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me with zero respect, saying “You’re not getting this.” I contacted head office two weeks ago and nobody bothered to reply. Clearly, this place doesn’t value customers at all.

the staff and the manager are horrible. canceled our party 2 weeks before it was supposed to happen and had the audacity to yell at us because apparently another party with more people wanted to host at that date. cruel. Don’t go here!’

I love this place, it's affordable, the food is pretty good and the sapphire sangria is excellent. Also love the big TV and they always have a booth available

The dish's salt content was excessive. The meal was served over 30 minutes after the rest of the group, coinciding with the removal of completed plates. The volume of the music was somewhat elevated.

Don't go there. Someone stole my mom's bag. And all the waiter could tell us is that it happened before same thing and the stealer went to the house of the person.. therefore i don't think it's a safe restaurant. Stealing from u in broad daylight when there is noone on the tables around you is crazy.
Also the food is not great so why waste your money on something like that.

It's a great place to have a beer with friends and eat delicious food.

Camembert entrée not all that… better before with potatoes and cream….

We were 3 people.sat outside. We ordered 3 plates of steak 38$/person. The beer was cool not cold. The steak was not chewable and full of veins. It was the worst meat we’ve ever eaten. We had to leave half of it cause it was full of fatty veins and needs a German shepherd to chew through it. Then we waited forever to order desert cause we were still hungry. The waitress said that the manager will come and see us which he never did. She felt bad so she offered us the desert which took 20 minutes to come. 200$ bill and will never eat there again.

Very good welcome and service, Vanessa was great. It’s a nice place, very spacious. Concerning the meal and drinks. The beers were very good but lacked freshness. For the meal we had aflammekuche which was really good but our main dishes were really disappointing: the cassoulet lacked beans, it was not well balanced and the taste was not up to par. The pulled pork poutine was also not balanced, not much cheese curds and pulled pork but a lot of bbq sauce I didn't like. Such a shame, it’s a place that has a lot of potential...
