Amir is by far the best Amir and a contender for one of the best there is. Since the new ownership took over, everything is excellent. The food is always fresh, natural, and seasoned properly. The meat is juicy, the potatoes are fresh and garlicky, and the vegetables are super fresh with nothing soggy. The Toum Garlic sauce is on point, and the beef and chicken are delicious, well-marinated, soft, and juicy. Portions are solid and amazing every time. You can tell they do not cut corners.
The staff is perfect, super friendly, respectful, professional, and kind. They are welcoming and try to make you feel at home and at ease with good energy and good service. The experience is better because they are so kind and have a smile while serving. The tables are really clean. The atmosphere is consistent with no weird vibes and no discrimination. It is a rare spot that gets both food and atmosphere right. It is definitely worth every penny and a well-deserved five stars. If you are in Laval, you are missing out if you do not try this Amir location.
