“I came to Laval for a business trip and found this restaurant by accident. The food was great and the service was great!
Knowing that I was going to pack it up and take it back to Toronto to share with my family, the boss and the chef carefully packaged the condiments. In addition, the spicy three-piece chili cannot be divided into portions. Although I didn't mind at all, the boss silently sent another braised food platter. I discovered it when I drove home and was so touched!
Next year when I’m on a business trip, I can use it as my daily canteen, and I won’t have to choose the service!“

“A delicious and wonderful find me and my boyfriend stumbled into. This is genuinely some of the best food i’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I would highly recommend. Owners are very nice and friendly and the ambiance inside is unmatched. It's cozy and homey and the food is truly comforting.

“Thank you for this amazing last minute dinner meal I picked up for my family. The soup of the day was absolutely delicious and fresh. The chopped salad was amazing. The tuna, shrimp, beef and chicken tacos were very tasty. The portions are generous and reasonably priced for quality food! I will definitely be returning.“

“A gem in NDG, a small and cozy restaurant. Been here a few times and I have to say this is the BEST Tangsu Pork I’ve tried in the city. I have tried other Chinese and Korean restaurants with similar dishes, but nothing can beat this one. Pork feet was also to die for. Price is reasonable and staff are super friendly and nice. Portions are generous.“

“If you’re looking for a kosher dining experience that encompasses a bit of everything, Chops on Queen Mary is worth a visit. This restaurant has carved out a niche in the Montreal dining scene with its extensive menu: full Chinese cuisine, a robust steak selection, and even an array of sushi. Not to mention, their homemade desserts add a sweet touch to the dining experience.
One of Chops’ standout features is its impressive wine list, arguably the best kosher selection in Montreal. The inclusion of a couple of non-mevushal options is an unusual and exciting find that adds a layer of sophistication for wine enthusiasts.
However, while the variety is commendable, I did find the overall pricing a bit steep, especially considering the quality of certain dishes. The burger, for example, was underwhelming—nothing memorable, which is disappointing given the expectations set by the menu’s range and the restaurant’s ambiance.“

“A very small Asian fuzion in downtown ste-rose. You can easily miss it since it's inside a small house, probably dated from when Ste-Rose was established. Because it's small, there's very limited seating. Walk in can be accommodate if there's place but there's a lot of reservation.
It's also a bring your own wine place so don't expect any alcohol sold on property.
We took the imperial rolls with general tao chicken and red curry and coco cream shrimp.
Everything was freshly done and piping hot. The imperial rolls were greatly stuffed with veggies and came with a little carrot salad and sweet and sour sauce. It was good!
Every plate are served with rice and seasonal vegetable.
The chicken on the general tao was very tender and juicy and the homemade sweet sauce was very good. I really liked it.
My girlfriend also really liked the shrimp.
One thing to remember, they are in the hearth of old Ste-Rose which mean high price. Our meal with tips costed 91$.“
