On November 3, 2024 at 4:50 p.m., I was in a very good mood until I returned to this butchery. I wasn't lucky to be served by a clerk who was looking at the time, it looks like the store is going to close in 10 minutes. When I asked him about the closing time, he told me 8 p.m. I asked to prepare some skewers, he told me he doesn't have time to do it. This is the second time that this clerk has had this attitude, he gave me the impression that I am bothering him with the service he owes me, he is impatient, angry. In the end I took an order for $168 worth of meat, the Clerk left my Order on the counter, usually the other clerks move with the order to the cash register for payment, the clerk didn't want to know anything , he already started serving other customers who blocked the counter where my order was, he completely ignored me. I was very disappointed by the service, more precisely this clerk who didn't want to work it seems, I left the butcher's shop with very low morale. I hope, after reading my comment, that the manager can provide awareness training to this clerk, which I consider necessary for his case.

Very disappointed with my experience in this supermarket. I asked for 1kg of lean minced meat, but I was given almost 1.3kg without consulting me. Arriving at the checkout, I was surprised by the price, which came to $31 instead of the $24/kg that I had expected. When I expressed my astonishment, I was asked to reopen the packaging in front of all the customers to remove part of it, which made me very uncomfortable. This lack of consideration and professionalism really disappointed me. This is not at all the customer service I expected.
