I have always bought my cakes from Serano and have always been satisfied. This time I bought a fruit cake for a birthday. It was dry and not good at all although I have bought this same cake in the past and it was good. We were all disappointed at home. If we return to buy from the same patisserie it is because we expect to always have the same quality, especially at the price we pay.

For the price I pay I expect to have a minimum of service, the oldest at the store is very rude, she removed a deposit that I had made because I forgot my wallet, after 30 minutes On the way I am told that she took them off, plus she doesn't even talk to me, she goes to the kitchen, I think she should go into retirement and spare us her nastiness and bitterness. Poor service
