“Today I had the pleasure of discovering a true gem: a restaurant that offers an absolutely delicious all-you-can-eat brunch.
However, what really made the difference was the exceptional service provided by Patrick. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail transformed our experience into a memorable one.
I highly recommend this restaurant to all brunch lovers. Not only for the variety and quality of the dishes, but also for Patrick's impeccable service, which will make your visit unforgettable!“

“This was our first time at Origine Brass and overall it was an excellent experience. Friendly service and we enjoyed trying 4 different beers and the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and goat cheese pizza, one friend had the shrimp and lobster roll with fries, another had the burger (2 huge patties) with fries. The fries are excellent. I am not a beer drinker but I enjoy this type of establishment as they have several varieties that are delicious. All in all a fun night and we will be back!“

“Cool place to grab a drink and some pub food. It’s a bit loud and there aren’t too many food options, however, I did enjoy the poutine with duck meat I ordered. However, my partner ordered the Mac
& cheese, which was super oily to the point where there was a pool of greasy oil underneath the pasta.“

“C’est un de mes spots favoris à Laval! Des bons plats, des bonnes bières et du staff vraiment génial comme les propriétaires! Je suis triste depuis leur fermeture de Décembre 2024 pour cause d’un malin feu! Mais comme le Phoenix ils vont revenir plus fort et en forme! J’ai hâte d’y retourner!!!“
