“Just ordered a small snack and it totally hit the spot. I had the smoked Brisket Bao with Korean BBQ sauce chili crunch, cucumber, sesame, and coriander, perfect size, super flavorful, and really well packaged. The meat was tender and full of flavour!
We usually grab the Imperial beer to use in stew too, it brings a ton of flavour and depth. Always a solid choice!“

“This was our first time at Origine Brass and overall it was an excellent experience. Friendly service and we enjoyed trying 4 different beers and the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and goat cheese pizza, one friend had the shrimp and lobster roll with fries, another had the burger (2 huge patties) with fries. The fries are excellent. I am not a beer drinker but I enjoy this type of establishment as they have several varieties that are delicious. All in all a fun night and we will be back!“

“Cool place to grab a drink and some pub food. It’s a bit loud and there aren’t too many food options, however, I did enjoy the poutine with duck meat I ordered. However, my partner ordered the Mac
& cheese, which was super oily to the point where there was a pool of greasy oil underneath the pasta.“

“An essential stopover when visiting YUL! Always attentive to time constraints, Mélissa not only served us food and drink but skillfully set the table for our journey which was beginning. A contagious smile and dynamism with a good beer, what could be better before a flight!“

“Un lieu que je fréquente à l’occasion et qui ne déçoit jamais. Chez Les Insulaires, on vient d’abord pour la bière — et on reste pour l’expérience. La Phare et la Lux brillent franchement parmi leurs créations : chacune bien construite, expressive, avec cette touche d’élégance qui fait qu’on y revient. Le Blanton’s Old Fashioned m’a aussi franchement séduit : soigné, précis, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’aplomb. Le service ? Sympathique, attentif, à l’image de l’endroit. Le décor est soigné, réfléchi, avec du style et de la personnalité. Le hall d’entrée, avec son architecture de haut niveau, annonce d’emblée un lieu conçu avec goût et maîtrise. Et quand je repars, une seule pensée me suit : à quand la prochaine tournée ?“
