“We would typically go out for a nice dinner for our anniversary but don’t have that option with isolation. I worked with Simply Gourmet to make up a 4 course meal to surprise my husband with. I didn’t want to share my food so waited until we put our kids to bed. I put out candles and a tablecloth. I had to reheat the food which I was a little nervous about- but it worked out so well. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. It was also fun for us to put together. We were so full after dinner but pushed onto dessert. Each course was truly amazing Immediately after dinner my husband said we have to do our dates like this more often.
