They are using Lard for basically all their bakery stuff, thats unfortunate.
I live for the food at this bakery, I have went to many in the past and it was never as amazing as dolce my personal favourite is the dulce deleche it was caramel inside and feels like heaven when you eat it or I also love the cheese pizza it is crunchy and was a chess pull, over all this is my FAVOURITE bakery in the world 10/10 do recommend!!!

I’ve been a few times, and unfortunately the cakes have often been dry and tasted old. It’s disappointing because they look great in the display, but the texture and freshness just aren’t there. Lately the quality hasn’t been consistent.
I've reviewed before and removed my review because I felt bad. But nothing changed. Sunday morning no soft panninis to be seen. But hey they have whole wheat panninis that nobody buys. I will now drive out of the area to buy what I need. Saves me the frustration of being in a bakery that never has inventory.
Their tomato pizza is incredible. The foaccacia and potato pizza are equally fantastic.
The staff is always welcoming and pleasant.
The wait can be long at times but that’s an unfortunate reality in today’s business world- hard to find good staff.
The pastries are very old and dry. Especially the chocolate cake.

I Went to buy a desert for supper (pastry)
Left it in the paper bag over night and my bag was saturated in oil. This was extremely shocking and I have never encountered this with another bakery. If I was able to post a picture I would. Extremely unhealthy. I gave one star because this was not the first time I have been unhappy with their deserts. ðŸ˜
