“Quand tu achètes une boite de 20 timbits au service au volant, que tu paye 5$ et rendu a la maison tu te rend compte qu'il y en a 35 dans la boite. J'avais l'impression d'etre traité comme l'ami du gars au service au volant. J'ai jamais vu ca dans un fast food. “We went to the Tim Hortons at 3140 Jean Yves St, Kirkland, Quebec H9J 2R6 twice during the April 2023 Ice Storm. There were over 1 million people in Quebec without power and most of the West Island had no power. Even though there were massive lineups at the drive through and in the store, the staff was excellent and attentive. Kudos for doing such a great job during a time when people needed the assistance.

Parking: Parked at the nearby shopping center as the parking for Tims was jammed.“

“There is no doubt that Tim Horton is a good cafe in terms of service, but the taste differs from one branch to another. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not. You feel that not all branches work with the same standards of cleanliness or methods of preparing coffee. The worst thing about Tim Horton is the bathrooms, which are always dirty, but this branch was very clean because it was closed and available exclusively to customers.“
