received our order of fried chicken that cost me 32$. Chicken was burnt and dried up, called the store and the guy who answered me said he didn’t pack the food so didn’t know and hung up on me! Called the call centre who told me, sorry they’re out of chicken so can’t be replaced but I can give you a 15$ credit for next time!?!? Seriously!? Why would I want to order again? 0 customer service!
we called at 1h40 and never got our order
after we called back literally 3hrs after because we were at work and got busy
the only answer we got was "we cant do anything"
