We were there for the El Classico between Barca vs Réal. The bar was almost full and reserved and had to go early to grab a place. Food was good and they have local beers to choose from. Considering the crowd on that day the service was a little slow but that is expected. Nice parking lot as well

One of my friends didn’t leave a tip because the other friend was going to give 30% tip to pay his tip, then the waiter raged and started crying like a baby and insulting my friend. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. The guy might be as bad as a waiter than Justin Trudeau was as prime minister. That means BAD… VERY BAD service. Learn how to talk to your clients. The guy dressed all black with a bad shaped beer and the flat hair cut needs to chill down. He’s disrespectful as hell. If you see him coming to your table, say that you want to change waiters. Have a wonderful day.

-someone on our table got his plate once everyone was done eating... -someone else received a plain burger when ordering the one with bacon and cheese... -plates were small, i was still hungry after eating a poutine with both steak and chicken extras, it felt they made it 50/50 instead of double while i paid for the full extras twice... -we had wings to share, received plates for bones like 10 minutes after the wings and one of them was dirty... -beer pitchers were served with cheap disposable plastic cups... -half of tv's were defective... ( bad colors, half black, etc )
all this in a single visit... astonishing...

Cockroach on the wall! So, the service sucked, we didn’t receive all the food we ordered; the person who brought our food had his fingers in our plate as he brought it out. Finally, the food was mediocre. But the worst part, there was a cockroach on the wall of booth. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Never again. Call exterminators!

October 4th 19h30, I ask the waitresses for the WNBA game that start at the same time they say the manager couldn't find the the game, after reflection I'm like it's on TSN2 they say: They dont have the channel. Im watching the CFL game and its on TSN1 so of course they have the package, talk to the manager directly he say : we can't post 4 event at the same time. So basically he was lying from the start The event was CFL , Hockey, Tennis. I waited that the CFL game finished to ask him again to put the WNBA now he's mad bcuz he knows very well he don't have a choice to put it. At the end he remove the Tennis game that was still on to put the WNBA games on less TV screen and Keep the replay of the CFL game ... for a manager that's lying bcuz I don't why he didn't want to put the game that a customer ask at numerous time that's a shame
