Très certainement le meilleur restaurant de Laval, et indéniablement digne des plus grandes tables françaises.
Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation : chaque plat fut une œuvre de finesse, finement exécutée, d’un équilibre remarquable et d’une justesse absolue.
