Le Quartz is a restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Customers enjoyed soups like clam chowder and french onion soup, as well as delicious dishes such as duck and Gnocke. The food quality was excellent and prices were reasonable. Despite some noise and children, there was privacy due to spacing between tables. However, service was lacking on one occasion, with long waits for drink refills and staff attention. The burger, made with hand-pressed meat and topped with brie cheese, was a standout dish. The dessert, crème brûlée, was also highly recommended. Overall, Le Quartz offers a good dining experience, especially for those staying at the nearby Hilton Laval/Montreal, with a great selection of drinks and tasty food options.
